Worldwide shipping

19SEVEN7 ships worldwide. Many items are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled by approved production and fulfillment partners depending on the product and destination.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders of $150 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping where the configured shipping service is available.

Production and delivery

Many products are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time and can vary by product, order volume and destination. Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided when available.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by 19SEVEN7.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@19seven7.com with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Once reviewed, an approved replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage after delivery or alteration cannot be returned. Final-sale items, gift cards and personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
